Career Highlights
Shakirah’s journey in rallying began with the Pearl of Africa Uganda Rally in 2022, where she co-drove with Ibrahim Lubega. Although they had to retire early due to technical difficulties, Shakirah’s determination was unwavering. In 2023, she partnered with Nasseer Mutebi, finishing 18th in a challenging race.
In 2024, Shakirah joins forces with Edward Kirumira for the Pearl of Africa Uganda Rally, driving their 2WD Toyota Corolla powered by Stabex Uganda. This dynamic duo is set to make waves as they navigate the diverse and demanding Ugandan rally courses.
